A Private Gathering House Within the Estate
Within the estate stands a separate 120 m² stone building known as the “Taverna” — a space devoted to shared meals and long, unhurried moments together.
Framed by timber beams and centred around a fireplace, it carries the warmth of a traditional mountain home while opening onto a spacious terrace with sweeping views across the mountains, the valley and the distant sea. Here, breakfast unfolds in soft morning light and dinners linger into sunset.
The interior brings together a fully equipped kitchen, a generous dining area and a welcoming living space by the fire. An expansive grill and traditional wood-fired oven invite open-air cooking beneath the sky.
Guests may cook independently, host gastronomic workshops or arrange the delivery of homemade regional dishes prepared by local cooks. Fresh local ingredients can also be delivered directly to the estate, allowing each stay to be shaped by the flavours of Fokida.
More than a dining space, the Taverna is where the estate naturally comes together.
